Central Robot Control Matrix

The Central Robot Control Matrix was a helmet-like device in the future Megakat City that plugged the wearer into the computer network of the city, allowing him or her control over the robots in the city through a highly detailed VR display. With the help of the Pastmaster, the Metallikats used the Control Matrix to reprogram all the city's robots to do evil (thus creating Metallikat City). it was later reprogrammed by Professor Hackle when he gained entrance to Metallikat Headquarters with the help of the Swat Kats.
