Lieutenant

The Lieutenant was Turmoil's second in command. She was fiercely loyal to Turmoil, who she always addressed as "Commander." Stationed on the bridge of the Sky-Lion, Turmoil's giant flying aircraft carrier, she controlled all essential operations of the ship, including aiming and firing the Vertigo Beam. When T-Bone destroyed the Sky-Lion using remote detonators after he'd pretended to join Turmoil's side as her flight commander, the lieutenant parachuted to safety before the ship crashed into Megakat Bay.

• In the unfinished episode Turmoil 2: The Revenge, it is revealed that the lieutenant, along with all of Turmoil's surviving crew, were imprisoned with their leader at Alkatraz. After escaping, they retreated to Turmoil's mountaintop base, the Cloud Fortress. The lieutenant was essential to Turmoil's plans of vengeance. She and two Omega Squadron pilots snuck into the MASA Space Center and sabotaged the Mega-Beam before its launch so that it would be brought under Turmoil's control. As she had with the Vertigo Beam, the lieutenant was in charge of directing and firing the laser satellite. She used it to destroy the Megakat Tower and Old Megakat Bridge. When T-Bone was captured, the lieutenant put the Crown of Obedience on him, bringing him under her boss' control. After Razor and a repaired Cybertron sabotage the villains' control of the Mega-Beam, turning it against the Cloud Fortress, the lieutenant managed to escape with her life before the building was destroyed. What happened to her after this is unknown.
