Praxis

Praxis was a Klingon moon, half-destroyed in a cataclysmic explosion in the 23rd century. The reasons for this were environmental. After this incident- which was recorded by the U.S.S. Excelsior- the Klingons finally began to make efforts at peace with the United Federation of Planets.
