Rosa Klebb

Rosa Klebb was a Soviet colonel who secretly defected to SPECTRE, but continued to perform her duties in the Red Army. She played a vital role in Kronsteen's plan to steal the Lektor and avenge the death of Dr. No, picking Donald Grant from amongst the trainees at SPECTRE Island. She also used her position in the Soviet military to set up Tatiana Romanova to fall in love with James Bond so she would help him steal the Lektor for them. After Grant failed to kill Bond, Klebb, disguised as a maid, entered Bond's hotel room dor the dual purpose of stealing the Lektor and eliminating 007. Armed with a shoe with a poison-tipped blade, Klebb fought Bond to a standstill but was herself ultimately shot and killed by Tatiana.
