Talia (DC Animated)
Talia was the daughter of Ra's al Ghul, and a member of his Society of Shadows. Ra's sent her on a mission to Gotham City to kill Count Vertigo and steal a Sonic Drill developed by Wayne Enterprises. While on her mission, she ended up allying with Batman, and learned his secret identity. Although she fell in love with him, she still carried out her mission.
Believing Batman would be a worthy mate for Talia, Ra's al Ghul tested him and tried to persuade him to join, but Batman refused. Talia assisted Batman in defeating her father's scheme to remake the world, and Ra's seemingly perished.
Later on, Ra's al Ghul resurfaced alive, and Batman again sought Talia's help against him. Talia agreed, but was pained that her father had disowned her. But in the end, she betrayed Batman, and helped Ra's escape.
Talia continued serving her father on several schemes, all culminating in an event called the Near Apocalypse of '09, in which Talia helped Batman defeat Ra's one last time. But it was bitter sweet, as Ra's al Ghul's body was broken beyond the Lazarus Pit's powers to heal, and called upon Talia to undergo the ultimate act of loyalty. Sacrificing her mind, so he himself could live on in her body.
