Ur Draxa

Ur Draxa was the greatest city on Athas, built by Borys of Ebe, the Dragon, using riches paid to him by Hamanu of Urik. (The riches were intended to stem his wrath over Hamanu's slaying of the sorcerer-queen Sielba of Yaramuke.) The city's purpose was to help Borys guard the Black Sphere, within which the substance of Rajaat was trapped. Ur Draxa was decimated when Rajaat escaped in Free Year 10.
