Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon was the daughter of Princess Pavetta and Urcheon born in 1251. She was the granddaughter of Queen Calanthe and due to being the only child of her parents she came to be the sole princess of the kingdom of Cintra. Her father after saving a helpless King Roegner was asked to name his price for settling their debt to which Urcheon invoked the Law of Surprise which was to part with something he did not know at the time. Eventually, this turned out to be his daughter Pavetta who was promised to Urcheon with the two falling in love with one another despite Queen Calanthe at stopping their union.
