Dr. Blue was a researcher who worked in the Hive. He was trapped inside a sealed room with Dr. Green and Dr. Brown which flooded when the fire sprinklers came on. He drowned, but was shortly thereafter resurrected by the T-Virus and turned into a zombie. Chad Kaplan shot him in the head.
