Puma-Dyne Labs is a sprawling weapons development laboratory located in the outskirts of Megakat City, known to the Swat Kats as "Psycho Central" due to the fact that the facility is a one-stop shopping center for megalomaniacs like Dark Kat. Among other things, Puma-Dyne has been responsible for creating the Macro-Bots Goliath and Prowler for MASA (against the wishes of Professor Hackle), and the Behemoth "Super Tank" for the Enforcers. It also developed the Mega-Beam, which was almost used by Zed to destroy the city.
