Biography

Alia Atreides was a female human born to House Atreides as the daughter of Duke Leto Atreides of Caladan and his Bene Gesserit concubine the Lady Jessica thus making her the younger sister to Paul Atreides.

Overview

Personality and attributes

In appearance, Alia Atreides was a female human who had her mother's oval face that had a small nose, a wide generous mouth along with bronze hair with her most distinctive feature being her blue-in-blue spice eyes. She came to be known as Saint Alia of the Knife whilst her enemies and the Fremen referred to her as Coan-Teen, 'the female death spirit who walks without feet'.

As a child, the Fremen came to note about Alia that she only pretended to be a little girl and that she has never been a little girl.

Powers and abilities

When she was in her mother's womb, her mother came to drink from the Water of Life. This led to the unique circumstances of her birth leading to her being considered an Abomination by the Bene Gesserit. This was because she came to possess the consciousness of an adult Bene Gesserit from brth.
