Biography
Origin
Alpha was created by Caesar Salazar as part of the Nanite Project and part of the machine-to-machine interface program for the Meta-Nanites. It was developed to be a sentient machine to control other nanites but instead it began to use its abilities to use other living beings as hosts. This led to its creator Caesar attempting to banish it but mistakenly sent the nanite into parallel universe known as the Null Void that served as a prison for alien criminals. It remained there until Alpha managed to escape the Null Void where it returned to Earth to find its "father". It hoped that Salazar would help in obtaining a stable and lasting physical form.
Escape
Alpha began to use a robotic body as a host where it entered into Rex Salazar's universe by accessing a dimensional rift. However, this attempt unintentionally brought with it Ben Tennyson. Alpha attempted to follow Caesar but was interrupted by Agent Six who fought him. Six later stabbed the robotic body with his magna blades that causd an explosion which ejected Alpha from its physical form but left Six in a coma.
Alpha-Omega
After Rex absorbed all the nanites Alpha had taken from the people at the Bug Jar whereupon it was reduced into a small nanite sphere made out of dense matter that would serve as its prison which was going to be difficult to escape. Caesar Salazar later appeared to open a dimensional rift into the Null Void where Ben Tennyson in his form of Upchuck threw it into the tear in reality. However, once inside the paralle dimension, it was shown that Alpha began the process of breaking forth from its nanite sphere prison.
Overview
Personality and attributes
In terms of physical form, Alpha was ultimately composed of millions of pure nanites that gave it the appearance of a slim male humanoid. This changed following the absorption of the Omega-1 Nanite where it grew to collosal heights and designated itself as Alpha-Omega. In this form, it grew horns and possessed a skull-like face that was engulfed in a flame-like nanite cloud with small red crystals that floated at the center of its forehead like a grown. As Alpha-Omega, its body was plated with a crustacean-like armor whilst standing on crab-styled legs.
The nanites ultimate wish was holding a body of its own and went through any lengths to accomplish this goal. This went as far as killing living beings following its initial attempts at creating a robotic host body had failed. Alpha had no moral objections with destruction or murder so long as it benefited in some capacity. Despite this, it prefered to resolve situations diplomatically and killed only those that it deemed it must kill. Whilst being a machine, Alpha demonstrated an emotional side that it displayed towards its "father". Furthermore, it envied humans and wanted a family of its own to the point that it claimed Caesar as its "father" whilst every other nanite were its "brothers". Alpha seemed to yearn for its "fathers" love and respect but became greatly saddened by Caesar Salazar refused to do so. However, it ultimately accepted that its "father" did not want this emotional conneciton. Whilst it did envy Humans, Alpha ultimately believed that machines were superior in many ways and absorbed other machines into its own body to further its goals.
It came to believe that it was misguided in placing its trust in its "father" Caesar especially since Salazar did not want Alpha. Thus, it concluded that it never needed its creator but simply the energy as well as the means to accomplish its intended purpose which was to evolve. Alpha proved to be highly intelligent and scientific with a capacity for curiousity. This it accomplished by scientifically analyzing and adapting Rex's unique nanites along with Ben Tennyson's Ultimatrix.
Powers and abilities
Its nature as a nanite based entity gave it technopathic powers. This gave it the capacity to manipulate other nanites and use them to control other machinery. However, it needed to drain other beings of their nanites in order to sustain itself. This act left a drained target was reduced into dust as their bodies were absorbed by Alpha.
Alpha proved to be an extremely powerful foe and was able to wistand powerful attacks. Once becoming Alpha-Omega, it evolved form proved to be highly resilient and survived being compacted into an extremely dense heavy sphere where it eventually began freeing itself from this prison.
