Biography

Caleb was a male human who lived in the modern age. By adulthood, he came to be a priest where he indulged in his dark urges where he looked to kill young girls. He used to use his stirring sermons and masculine charms as a means of drawing his victims with one of these being a girl named Betty whilst another was a choir girl in Knoxville, Tennessee. Eventually, he came to be a defrocked priest but he maintained the image as he operated as a serial killer. At some point, he came to learn of the First Evil and devoted himself fully to that primordial being. Caleb came to head the Harbingers and organising their systematic attacks against potential Slayers along with their Watchers. It was his actions that led to the bombing of the Watcher Council's headquarters in London that led to the death of many of them which crippled the organisation. He then departed for the United States where he portrayed himself as being on a Catholic mission in the town of Gilroy. Caleb came to disturb his comrades on the mission and he later turned on his benefactors by burning his mark on them whilst killing the others. Caleb was said to had travelled to the women's prison in Stockton where he arranged for Faith Lehane to be killed by a fellow inmate but the assassin failed in her mission.
