Cell Games

The Cell Games were a "tournament" organized by Cell in order to challenge his skills and ultimately battle Goku. It was theoretically organized along the lines of the World Martial Arts Tournament, where falling outside the ring means defeat, but Cell abandoned the pretense of those rules fairly quickly. The so-called Games ended with Cell's defeat at the hands of Gohan.
