Dolan

Dolan was a henchman of Tony Zucco who tried to sabotage an unfinished building but was stopped by Batman and Robin. He ended up hanging on the end of a girder and left behind by his friends, and told Batman that his boss was Billy Marin, which was an alias of Zucco's.
