Dr. Mortimer

Dr. Mortimer was a U.N. relief representative who accompanied Mr. Musabe on an inspection mission prior to sending aid to Bijouti. She planned to support their inspection with videotaped evidence. Like Musabe and her colleague Dr. Joseph, she was shocked to see the capitol city of Bijouta covered in snow during a heat wave.
