Durkins

Durkins was an employee aboard the Brinkstone oil rig who was involved in the Phoenix Project. According to Dr. Shelley's video logs, Durkins wanted to evacuate the rig after Charlie became too difficult to control. He was one of the last of the Phoenix personnel to be absorbed by Charlie. When Paul Latham and Linda Warner killed Charlie's first body, the one Durkins' mind was trapped in along with the other Phoenix personnel, Durkins' mind was freed and he allowed to die.

• It is not known whether Durkins was a scientist or a guard or served in some other capacity aboard the rig. Shelley mentions him by name multiple times but specifies his job.
