Farpoint Station

Farpoint Station was a spaceport built on the planet Deneb IV by the Bandi, offered to Starfleet for use. The station turned out to actually be a shapeshifting, spaceborne life-form imprisoned by the Bandi- it was freed by another of its species, and the Bandi made plans with Starfleet to build a second Farpoint Station.
