The Reverend Mother Mohiam travelled to Caladan in order to 'test' the young Paul Atreides before his departure for Arrakis.

Personality and attributes

In appearance, Gaius Helen Mohiam was a female human who was said to be an old woman with eyes that were dark with the blue brilliance of her melange addiction. It was said that she resembled the caricature of a witch with sunken cheeks, eyes and an overlong nose with skin that was mottled as well as having protruding veins.

Her presence in an event indicated the importance of an audience in the Imperium's courts.

Powers and abilities

She came to rise to the position of the Emperor's Truthsayer in the court of the Padishah Emperor.
