God Magnus
God Magnus was Fire Convoy's "brother," who was passed over in favor of Convoy for receiving the Matrix. Jealous and angry, Magnus left Seibertron. He later followed Convoy and his troops back in time, arriving on Earth in the year 2000. He resolved to steal the Matrix from Convoy by force, attacking his brother. Eventually, he pretended to forgive him, but used the handshake that followed to try to drain off Convoy's Matrix energy. The unexpected result was that they combined into a super-robot known as God Fire Convoy.
Magnus retained some Matrix energy after the merger ended, using it to give the Car Brothers upgraded "super" forms. Eventually, he began to help the Cybertrons on occasion, even forming God Fire Convoy a few more times. In the end, as God Fire Convoy, Convoy and Magnus finally defeated Devil Gigatron.
