Jay (DC Animated)

Jay was a henchman of the Penguin, a nervous and jittery redhead who stole the Von Ulster Faberge Egg. Later, he and Raven assisted him in breaking into Sherman Grant's house in order to kill Batman and get the egg back. Both he and Raven later assisted the Penguin in his attempted robbery of an art museum, only to be caught by Batman.
