Ken Franklin

Ken Franklin was a member of the UBCS sent into Raccoon City by Umbrella, Ken Franklin was among those targeted by the treacherous Nicholai. He was encountered in the hospital by fellow UBCS member Carlos Oliveria, and died shortly after their meeting when he set off a grenade attempting to kill Nicholai.
