Kishime

Kishime was one of the three biotechnical warriors that serve Dr. Wheelo and were created by Dr. Kochin. A truly hideous entity, Kishime resembled a cross between a catfish and an eel. He had the ability to sprout electric whips from his arms and chest, which could be used to shock an opponent. This tactic worked on Gohan and Krillin, but failed against Goku, who took Kishime down the same time as Ebifurya.
