Marcia Cates

Dr. Marcia Cates was the incredibly overbearing and verbally abusive supervisor of Wayne Enterprises' electronics division. Dr. Cates thought little of Dr. Jervis Tetch, regarding him as a worthless screwup who purposefully made her look bad in front of Bruce Wayne. She constantly threatened Tetch that "heads will roll" if he got her into trouble with Wayne.
Tetch naturally chose her to play the role of the Queen of Hearts at Gotham Storybook Land when he became the Mad Hatter and began taking over the minds of various Gothamites with his mind control cards. She was returned to normal when Batman defeated the Mad Hatter.
