Biography
Jackson W. Brice
Montana along with his fellow Enforcers came under the employ of the crime lord Big Man who was in reality Frederick Foswell. In this time, they were deployed to deal with the threat of the masked superhero known as Spider-Man. During their first fight against the web-slinger, Montana's lasso skills initially prove successful but Spider-Man defeats the trio. (Amazing Spider-Man v1 #10)
