Mr. Osato.

Mr. Osato was the owner and operator of the Japanese company Osato Chemicals. Secretly, he was a member of SPECTRE and supplied Ernst Stavro Blofeld with rocket fuel needed for Bird 1. When James Bond began snooping around Osato's company, Osato was ordered by Blofeld to have him killed. He failed three times, and was subsequently shot by Blofeld.
