Multigon International

Multigon International, while ostensibly just another rival of Wayne Enterprises, it and its president Mr. Stern were actually fronting for terrorist leader Red Claw. Under Red Claw's direction, Multigon outbid Selina Kyle to purchase a large amount of land outside of Gotham City (which Selina wanted to turn into a wildlife refuge) where Red Claw and Stern knew there existed an abandoned military fallout shelter. The terrorists used the land as their base of operations during their plan to hold Gotham for ransom using a stolen viral plague.
