History
The Omega Clan were a group of engineered beings born and bred by the White Sky organization who created them from the remains of Omega Red. (Uncanny X-Force v1 #25)
They were programmed for a particular hatred to their client's targets which were Wolverine black-ops X-Force team. In fact, the members of the Omega Clan were implanted false memories that made them believe that their parents had been murdered by Logan and his compatriots. (Uncanny X-Force v1 #25) The augmented trio were led to believe through false memories that they were members of the Engel family who wanted revenge for the death of their parents. (Uncanny X-Force v1 #33)
The activities of the White Sky drew the attention of Wolverine who had heard of a facility that turned people into weapons and sold them to clients. To find out more, he dispatched Deadpool to investigate who infiltrated the facility but had been discovered where he was taken captive by the Omega Clan. (Uncanny X-Force v1 #25) Arriving at the scene, Wolverine and the Age of Apocalypse version of Nightcrawler fought against the Omega Clan only to be overwhelmed by their attackers. They were nearly killed when the freed Deadpool used the White Sky facilities own machines to create a supersoldier to aid them. (Uncanny X-Force v1 #26) Afterwards, the Omega Clan were recruited into the ranks of the new Brotherhood of Evil Mutants that were created by Daken who wanted to make his father Wolverine suffer. After establishing Krakoa as a nation, Professor X made a call to all Mutants to come to the living island that was to be their new home with among those to receive this telepathic message being the seemingly restored Omega Clan. (Powers of X v1 #5)
Overview
In appearance, the Omega Clan were a trio of genetically engineered and constructed humanoids that were derived from the remains of Omega Red. They were referred to as the White Sky's most expensive models that were unlike any of their other products. All three were noted to have had the same scent as their genetic donor and had tendrils as part of their armaments. The Clan had undergone programming to grow a personal hatred towards their targets. (Uncanny X-Force v1 #25)

- Omega Black : Sylvia was a woman with short dark hair who believed she was the sister of the three siblings with her being able to project five tentacles from her chest that could age a person. (Uncanny X-Force v1 #26)
- Omega White : a male whose domed helmet could project energy tentacles that he used to drain a person of their psychic energy. (Uncanny X-Force v1 #33)
