History
Origin was a religion that was created by the Ori following their Ascension. After becoming powerful beings, they wiped all trace of their ancient civilization and created a second evolution of their previous form leading to the emergence of mankind in their home galaxy. These humans were raised to believe that the Ori were gods and had created them. This led to the formation of the religion known as Origin that validated their rule with the Priors made as their priests.
