Proteus Project

The Proteus Project was a genetic research project funded by the Brinkstone CEO Leonard Brinkstone. Headed by Dr. Shelley, it was conducted in a secret laboratory located within an oil rig in the Pacific Ocean. The Proteus scientists' work ultimately yielded "Charlie."
