The Quasielemental Plane of Salt is one of the Quasielemental Planes, formed where the Elemental Plane of Water meshes with the Negative Energy Plane. The Quasielemental Plane of Salt drains the moisture from visitors, and is embroiled in war between the facets and the native quasielementals. The Doomguard have their Citadel Sealt there.
