Quasielemental Planes

The Quasielemental Planes are Inner Planes combining one of the four elements with the energies of the Positive or Negative Energy Plane. Each of the planes represents either an energized or optimal version of an element (for the positive planes) or a drained or inverted version of an element (for the negative planes).

Comments
The Dark Sun setting used the Quasielemental Planes early on, but references to them later were scant. In third edition, few references have been made to the Quasielemental Planes.
