Ratso

Ratso was one of the Ventriloquist and Scarface's henchmen, who bore an uncanny resemblance to a rodent, with a large pointy nose, beady eyes, and buck teeth. Described by Mugsy as "new," Ratso didn't fully grasp the relationship between the Ventriloquist and Scarface, often speaking to the Ventriloquist instead of Scarface and regarding the former as the "real brains."
