Rudolph Agnew

Dr. Rudolph Agnew was the head pathologist at Chicago's City Hospital, and the supervisor of Mark Kenniston. When he came in early for work and found Mark along with Nurse Hempstead and a dishwasher named Harry running tests on the captured specimen of clone tissue, Agnew was initially incredulous about the creature's abilities, until Mark showed him the tissue absorbing a laboratory mouse.

Agnew, wanting a smaller piece of clone to experiment with, attempted to cut off a piece but got some on his hand, which swiftly began absorbing it. The clone moved up Agnew's arm and would've absorbed him entirely had Harry not used his meat cleaver to cut the arm off below the elbow. Dr. Agnew as a result became the only human being to survive the clone's assimilation process. He was taken away to the emergency room, and his fate after this is unknown.
