Scientist Supreme (Lyle Getz)

Dr. Lyle Getz was a white male human who by adulthood came to assume the mantle of Scientist Supreme of A.I.M. Under his leadership, he came to head the project that resulted in an A.I.M. scientist being transformed into M.O.D.O.K. but the cybernetic creation turned on him and killed him as a result. In the aftermath, M.O.D.O.K. came to usurp control over A.I.M. that quickly fell under his control. (Captain America v1 #133)

Scientist Supreme (George Clinton)

Dr. George Clinton was a black male who by adulthood came to be the third person to inherit the mantle of Scientist Supreme of A.I.M. He came to be captured in a raid by forces loyal to the Red Skull and brought to Exile Island. He was told that he was wanted to create a new Cosmic Cube for the Red Skull and Hate Monger. As they go to the lab, they were briefed on the previous versions of the Cube. When Clinton told them that without the brain power of M.O.D.O.K. they would not be able to create a new Cosmic Cube. However, the Red Skull revealed why he had an army of slaves: to be used as fodder to generate the brain power needed to create a new Cube. Among the prisoners was Yousuf Tov, a Nazi bounty hunter who had been captured by the Skull. (Super-Villain Team-Up v1 #17)

Hank Pym

Expanding into Overspace, he came to meet with Eternity who told Pym that he was Earth's Scientist Supreme. At first, Hank believed the cosmic embodiment of the universe was mistaken but he was told that the reason he held the mantle over the likes of Reed Richards and Tony Stark was because Pym was capable of making the impossible possible. He urged Hank Pym to continue being a hero and that as Scientist Supreme he served as Eternity's champion. (Mighty Avengers v1 #30)

Scientist Supreme (Andrew Forson)

Overview

According to one account, bearers of this mantle were the equivalent of a mage. For them, science was about making the impossible possible. They were responsible for taking science to the very point of magic simply because they had the ability to do so. Those that held this title were also said to be champions of Eternity.   • In Spider-Man, the Scientist Supreme appeared in the setting of the 2017 animated television series in the episode "School of Hard Knocks". It was held by Monica Rappaccini who served as the leader of A.I.M.

Video games

  • In Marvel Strike Force, the Scientist Supreme appeared in the setting of the 2018 video game.
  • In Marvel's Avengers, the Scientist Supreme was referenced in the setting of the 2020 action-adventure video game. It was held by George Tarleton was the leader of the Advanced Idea Mechanics corporation. Following the tragedy of A-Day, he vowed to use his resources to manage the danger posed by the emergence of new powered people as a result of exposure to the Terrigen Mist. His actions later brought him into conflict with the Avengers after they reformed. He later transformed himself into M.O.D.O.K. where he was defeated by the heroes in their final confrontation. Following his death, his subordinate Monica Rappaccini came to replace him after taking the position of Scientist Supreme for herself.
