Sprite (Eternal)

Sprite (Kitty Pryde)

Kitty Pryde was a female Mutant from Earth who had the power to phase through solid objects. After her powers manifested, she came to be enroled at the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters where she was given the code name Sprite and became the youngest member of the X-Men. (X-Men v1 #139)
She would later abandon the code name and instead adopt the Professors first suggestion for her which was Ariel. (Marvel Graphic Novel v1 #5)
Sprite (Jia Jing)

Jia Jing was a female Mutant from China whose mutation developed after the Phoenix Force came to Earth. (Wolverine and the X-Men v1 #27) When Cyclops became the Dark Phoenix and began destroying the Earth, Jia Jing was on a bus ride in Beijing, China. As that bus drove off a bridge, Spider-Man prevented it from falling by restraining it using his web, and swooped in to rescue the occupants. At the same time, the Phoenix was dispersed by Hope Summers and the Scarlet Witch; Jia's powers manifested while under Spider-Man's protection. (Avengers vs. X-Men v1 #12)
She was one of the many Mutants that immigrated to the newly formed sovereign nation of Krakoa. (New Mutants v4 #14)

Alternate Versions
- In X-Men: Days of Future Past - Doomsday v1 #1 (2023), an alternate version of Sprite appeared in the Days of Future's Past reality that was designated as Earth-811 in the Multiverse. It was the code name taken by Charles Rasputin who was the son of Kitty Pryde and Colossus. He was killed by Sentinels alongside his sister Jean
