Taligaro, General

General Taligaro was the commander of the Dragon Legion and a distant relative of King Borna. General Taligaro first came into contact with the barbarian Kull when Kull tried to join the Dragon Legion, but Taligaro refused him because he was not of noble blood.

Later, when Kull was named successor to King Borna by Borna himself, Taligaro, disgusted that a foreigner sat on Valusia's throne, joined with Ducalon and Mandara in making a deal with the wizard Enaros to resurrect Akivasha to kill Kull.

Although Taligaro intended to become king himself, he never got the chance. He bided his time, cowtowing to Akivasha, doing her bidding and stopping Kull from getting the Breath of Valka from the Isle of Ice, planning to kill her with it himself. Taligaro's plan failed, and he was killed by Kull with a large battle axe.
