Time All was a watch company owned by Temple Fugate. The company went bankrupt when Fugate lost a $26 million lawsuit against him as an indirect result of then-lawyer Hamilton Hill. The basement of the abandoned, condemned building was then used as a base of operations by Fugate when he became the Clock King.
