Mr. Young
Mr. Young is a mild-mannered Siamese cat who owned a large multinational corporation. Along with his two business partners, Mr. Young was interested in moving his business to Megakat City. Twice, Mayor Manx attempted to persuade Young to house his corporate headquarters in the Megakat Tower, and twice he was foiled. The first time was when Dr. Viper took over the building with his plantimals; the second was when a queen Ci-Kat-A laid her eggs in the penthouse. The latter incident resulted in both Manx and Young being splattered in alien bug guts. A short time afterward, Manx and Young had seemed to have mutually given up on doing anything with the twice-destroyed Megakat Tower.
They turned their attention to developing Anakata Island. Their plans to construct an industrial park were ruined when a carless bulldozer operator accidentally plowed into the island's sacred talisman stone, shattering it. Although Young was initially only angry because he had wanted to preserve stone since it was important to the culture of the islanders, he soon realized that this was the least of anyone's worries. Freed from his volcano prison by the talisman stone's destruction, the demon Volcanus quickly began wreaking havoc. Manx, Young, and a few others managed to get away in a speedboat but Volcanus followed them to the mainland. Volcanus was eventually destroyed by the Swat Kats after a battle that destroyed most of Megakat City as usual. Having survived the destruction, Mr. Young abandoned his idea for an industrial park, instead using his money to turn Anakata Island into a real park.
