Biography
Baron Draxum was a male mutant Yōkai that was native to the underground Hidden City.
Around 13 years ago, he was noted to had attended a match at the Battle Nexus in the city. Once there, he witnessed the reigning champion being a human warrior named Lou Jitsu who had incredible fighting skill. Draxum then decided to use the human's DNA as a basis for creating a army by using Ooze to mutate animals. As part his experiments, four ordinary turtles were exposed to the mutagen turning them into Mutants but before Baron Draxum could gather them the laboratory was destroyed by Lou Jitsu alongside the rest of the research work. Thus, the Baron lost the products of his experiments and spent years attempting to recreate his work.
He was about to finalize his recreated ooze when Agent 64 stole its final ingredient. Draxum sent his hired guardsmen Garm and Freki to pursue him and they captured Agent 64 and reunited Draxum with his vial. Draxum added the activator to his ooze, feeding it to his Oozesquitoes, and tested it on a human named Stewart. As an alchemist, he was accomplished in the art of mutation. He was responsible for breeding special kinds of insectile mosquitoes that were filled with mutagenic Ooze. These Oozesquitoes were able to inject the substance into humans causing them to undergo mutation and being half-animal hybrids.
Draxum operated from his laboratory from within the Hidden City where he conducted his experiments.
