Kalid-Ma was the 15th Champion of Rajaat. He was tasked with killing all the tari, though he failed to do so. After the Cleansing Wars, he established the city of Kalidnay, and became a sorcerer-king. As he attempted the final stage of his transformation into a dragon, his high templar, Thakok-An sacrificed her family in order to speed the process, as Borys, Kalak and Hamanu were on their way to destroy him during the transformation. This act instead transported the city to Ravenloft as a prison for Thakok-An.
