- In Young Justice, the Secret Sanctuary made an appearance in the second part of the pilot episode "Independence Day" where it was based at Mount Justice in Happy Harbor. It was said as being the original headquarters of the Justice League prior to moving to the Hall of Justice where it was left abandoned. Afterwards, it was given over to the Team to serve as their base of operations whereby a link was made via Zeta Tubes. The Secret Sanctuary was destroyed by the Light's assault on it that was led by Kaldur'ahm when he seemingly served his father Black Manta who planted a bomb that devastated it.
