Biography
Vincent Gonzales
He was later partnered with an officer named O'Niel who went on patrols together. During one such patrol, they found Spider-Man alongside some money from the F.E.A.S.T. centre with Gonzales attempting to arrest him but the Wall-Crawler escape but not before he said that he was a thief had stolen the money.
