Biography
Sandy Hawkins
With their success, the assembled heroes decided to reform the Justice Society where Alan Scott decided to make Sand Hawkins its chairman. Sand was deeply honoured and accepted the role but then his body transformed into sand that collapsed into the ground. (JSA v1 #4) He was then shunted deep beneath the crust of the planet where through an incredible act of will he managed to reconstitute his body to return to the surface before he suffocated. Sand then made his way to TylerCo to study his condition where it was determined by Dr. Iker that his body had become a silicon-based form.
