Biography

David Cannon

He later struck at a Midtown Bank which happened when the Avengers had reformed with the team attempting to apprehend Cannon. Despite outnumbered, the heroes failed to organise and their sheer numbers meant that they got in each others way which allowed Whirlwind to escape the Avengers. The incident led to the Avengers having decide to trim their numbers into more manageable levels. (Avengers v3 #4)
