The Emissaries of Evil were a team of supervillains gathered together by Electro where they sought to get revenge against the vigilante known as Daredevil. (Daredevil Annual v1 #1)
The Kingpin came to form a new incarnation of the Emissaries of Evil consisting of Stilt-Man, Synapse and Le Concierge. He dispatched them to deal with Laurent Levasseur who was an undercover agent that was impeding on his criminal activities. (Daredevil v1 #378)
