Biography
William J. Butcher was a male human born in the modern age as the son of Sam Butcher and Connie Butcher.
Overview
Personality and attributes
Powers and abilities
Butcher was originally a normal human being who came to be a physically fit individual.
He came to be a operative of the SAS special forces where he later came to be employed by the CIA.
He was the founding member of a special black ops group that targeted superbeings who he labelled as The Boys.
Notes
- Billy Butcher was created by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson where he made his first appearance in The Boys v1 #1 (October, 2006).
