Biography
Psycho was a male human born in the modern age where at some point he became a cyborg and operated as a mercenary. He eventually came to serve as an operative for the DREAD organization and worked for its leader John Dread.
He was dispatched on a mission to break into an N-Tek facility experimenting in nanoprobes. During this time, he encountered a young man named Josh McGrath who confronted the cyborg mercenary. A brief battle ensued that was interrupted when Psycho shot a nearby containment unit of semi-liquid, microscopic Nano-Tech machines. Psycho then ultimately came to depart the facility and returned to DREAD.

Personality and attributes
Due to his true cybernetic face's features, he tended to be referred to as Smiley due to the permanent grin on that mechanical face. He ignored it when Max refers to him by this nickname, but usually reacts quite violently when other members of DREAD address him as such.
He claimed that the reason he was called Psycho was because he did not seem to care about others.
Powers and abilities
As a cyborg, he had greater than human strength that worked alongside his military training. He covered up his metallic face with a mask, giving him the appearance of an ordinary Caucasian man. His main weapon is his bionic right arm, which he can change into a claw or a laser weapon, seemingly at will.
