At some point, he was noted to had studied in the Libraries of the East. Later on, he encountered Zakarum priestesses where he would later claim that they did not take vows of chastity.
In that time, he came to serve as a storyteller in Tristam.
During the Darkening of Tristam, he came to notice how the mood had fallen across town and had even affected King Leoric.
