The Gargoyle Task Force was a special NYPD task force organized after the Manhattan Clan was revealed to the world. Headed by Matt Bluestone, it was intended to legally deal with the gargoyles in Manhattan.
The Goliath Chronicles
The Gargoyle Task Force was fairly ineffective, thanks in part to Matt's efforts. Only when Angela and Bronx were captured, accused of destroying a construction site, did the Task Force have any kind of success.
