Dubbed (falsely) the Swat Kats' most elusive adversary by Kat's Eye News, Chopshop was faced by the Swat Kats prior to their battle with Hard Drive when he had the anti-weapon scrambler. Chopshop attacked the Megakat Trade Towers with his high-tech, jet-powered helicopter. He successfully eluded the Enforcers, but not the Swat Kats. The final straw came when it was discovered that Chopshop's missiles were blatant copies of the Swat Kats' Turboblades.
